1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Hull Online marketing website and enquiry services for Kaky Support AI. By using this site or submitting a form you agree to these Terms. If you purchase Kaky Support AI, additional subscription terms apply.

2. Service description

Kaky Support AI is a modular platform (website widget, FAQ knowledge base, lead capture, Business Identity, invoicing, conversations). Features may be labelled “Live” or “Coming in v2” on the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Enquiries and demos

Demo and pricing requests are non-binding until a written agreement is signed. We may refuse service where we cannot support your use case or location.

4. Pricing

Published prices on the marketing site are indicative in GBP excluding VAT unless stated. Final pricing is confirmed in your order form or invoice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website (automated scraping, attempting to breach security, unlawful content). You must provide accurate contact details in forms.

6. Intellectual property

Hull Online and Kaky Support AI branding, copy, and software remain our property or our licensors’. You receive no licence except to view this site and use the platform under a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this marketing site. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights where applicable.
